Packaging
In order to guarantee the integrity and the quality of our bottled products, we use a secure and patented packaging made of high resistance cardboard (www.ewsp.it), specially designed to give maximal protection in the event of accidental collisions or falls.

For all other products we use high resistance cardboard boxes filled with polystyrene chips. When delivering fresh or perishable products, we use cooling carrier bags combined with cooling pads (GFT-Italia, www.polarpads.net).

IMPORTANT
Upon arrival, the client should check the integrity of the package and in particular:

- the number of items should be the same as the number stated in the delivery note;

- the packaging should be intact, should not be wet, the special packaging tape with the Siculidivini logo should not have been tampered.

Should any of these anomalies occur, the Client must tick the ACCEPTANCE WITH RESERVATIONS on the delivery documents and write the REASONS. This is in order to be guaranteed should any damage to the products be found upon package opening. The Client should then report any damages by fax to the courier and carbon copy Siculidivini (fax +39 095 7807891 or email info@siculidivini.it). Once the delivery documents have been signed, the Client cannot contest any longer any faults found in the outside packaging.
